Too Much Skin Showing

Hello Everybody!
On Monday I asked one of the members if she had a good weekend. She said "yes but I had too much skin showing,
you know, arms and legs, looking kind of soft and mushy."
So on Monday night I sat up figuring out a program for that, as well as something that would flatten the belly. That's what most people want right now.
After I went through about 6 sheets of paper, I realized we already have the program. The same exercises that I was writing down are in Christine's No BS Group Training.
So if your arms, legs and belly are not quite right, why not try No BS for a week, I think you will find it helps right away.
We only take 10 in each group, so call Linda or I to reserve your spot. 416- 969- 9912.
Best of health,

Christine.

PS: I forgot to mention there is no charge.

What Janes Says About the No BS Results Program

Hi Christine,
Thank you for the NO BS program! What a great program! It is great for many reasons - all of which have come together seamlessly to get me to the gym, working out for only a 1/2 hour session 3 times a week. with a great group of women. And results?! In under 3 weeks I was wearing one size smaller pants and blouses. No BS! Thank goodness I said Yes to the No BS Program.

After only two weeks participating in this program, my sister commented on how much better I was looking. I told her I was on your program, and she said she noticed a difference in my appearance (for the better). During week three many colleagues at work asked me what I was doing because "I was glowing and looking so much better". The only changes that I had made over these three weeks was participating in your No BS program. And for someone who needs to drop big weight, a 10lb weight loss normally doesn't register with people. Your combination of the food regime and exercises produces results!

And the women in our group are incredible - so nice and supportive (Do you conduct special screening to get fabulous women only in your club? Seriously, what an incredible group of wonderful individuals!)

Although we work out together, we also work out at our own pace and it works fabulously!!!! At each successive session I notice an improvement in my ability (some day I hope to be able to work out at the level of B, G, and S.) And each successive session is a new workout; it is never the same. The only continuity between workout nights is that I smile a lot, and that I sweat a TON!. The trainers are creative in finding new and different ways in getting us to maximize our metabolic post workout burn rate, while also being responsive to our feedback (and offering modifications for those of us who need them- me with the frozen shoulder, bad knees and back).

This former couch potato has a new energy and routine!!!!

I keep saying that I've just experienced the fastest 1/2 hour in my life. And then I come back for another weekly session, and that then turns out to be the fastest 1/2 hour of my life!
Christine, you said we'd get results - and we did! I did. In addition, I've learned I can haul *ss and move in a whole different way that I never thought possible.

Your, and Linda's dedication, keen attention to detail - and constant checking in with us has been fabulous. Thank you for NO BS program. I would like to stay in this type of program for at least the next 5 months at least. I want more No BS!!!

Thank you. Great program, Great support. Great people. Great results!

New Christine's No BS Group Training Program

Hello Everybody,

We started the New Christine's No BS Group Training Program this week. Here's some of the feedback I got:

Jane M. - "Wow Wow Baby" Fastest half hour of my life. I can't believe I did it, I went from a horizontal couch potato to a horizontal plank machine. It pushed me beyond to what I thought I could do!"

Bonnie Z. - "Very challenging workout and the Deana the instructor encouraged you to workout at your own pace. Loved the bodyweight exercises!"

Sharon F. - "Good class and enjoyed the group setting. Never worked so hard!"

Loretta P. - "Enjoyed the ongoing intense 30 minute workout with no pauses, however, Deana had each person working at their own pace. It was great to see all the women with the same goals working together in a group."

Although the first phase of this program is sold out, I want to get the next group going.

This will be good for everybody because we can have the group training at different times.

You be able to participate in any group you want to. So you can see the more groups we

have going is better for everybody!

I need 10 more people to register so we can start the next group.

If you ready to try it call me at 416-969-9912.

The 4 Day Detox Results Pt. 5

Dayna's 4 Day Detox Testimonial

I too have successfully completed Christine’s 4 day detox and shed 5 unwanted pounds!

As a personal trainer I not only exercise regularly but am also very particular about eating well and cleansing regularly – however we can always use a good kick in the butt once in a while. Before the detox I was at my healthy weight but with a few extra lbs added since the holidays. It drove me nuts. I found the plan very easy to follow and I was not starving. It was just what I needed to get mentally back on track with my eating and lose my craving to snack too often or eat something sweet after every meal…even if they were healthy snacks, the saying is true, you can have too much of a good thing!

I will continue to adopt the “no snacking” regimen along with using some of these food ingredients in my meals daily. It’s also good to know I now have a fast and easy plan for slimming down prior to those beach vacations coming up!

p.s. Just to really change things up from my usual exercise routine I’ve also started Christine’s ‘Warped Speed’ workout program – definitely a good challenge in only 30 minutes! Another good kick in the butt J

Thanks for the opportunity Christine!

Hi Christine,

Just finished my first detox and it actually worked for me! I started to waiver at the end of day 2 then weighed myself and had already lost 3 lbs. I was amazed! I have now lost 5 1/2 lbs. after the 4 days. i plan to take what I've learned from this and really take care in my eating habits. Thanks a million to you and Linda.

Fiona Nicoll xo

I felt the plan re-focused me and weaned me off over-indulging in the carbs...and realistically, I was not expecting huge amounts of weight loss, so 31/2 to 4 lbs. approx. was OK with me. I just felt better balanced, which is a good thing !

Mary Hellin

Right now we can't take any more people on the program, however I am working on a new
program which should help anyone get back to their ideal weight within 30 days !

Ode to The 4-day Detox

Feeling tired and listless and a bit too fat?

Well Christine’s has a plan that will soon fix that

It’s a 4 day diet that gives you a start

The instructions are simple, no need to be smart

Linda’s support each day, while not part of the plan

Made me think she’s my number 1 fan

To say it was easy would not be quite true

By the end of day 2, I could have eaten my shoe

But then on day 3, 4 pounds were gone

That gave me inspiration ..I would go on!

Day 4 was quite something, with all the prune juice

Suffice it to say, not only clothes became loose

Then on day 5, I was 6 pounds lighter

My future as a thin person was looking brighter

I was out of that rut that we all find ourselves in

You know the one: “I’ve no time for the gym”

Will it continue? What did I learn?

If I stick with Christine’s, I’ll have self confidence to burn!

Glenda McDonald

I was quite happy with my detox. I lost 4 lbs in 4 days. I found the food quite enjoyable and satisfying. I did feel more energetic and lighter. I was surprised to only lose 4 lbs. but I was not disappointed and made me feel motivated to continue eating and exercising the right way!
Thank you Christine, see you at the gym!

The 4 Day Detox Results Pt. 4

More success stories from the 4 Day Detox:

"I had unfortunately fallen of the exercise and healthy eating wagon. I desperately wanted to get back in shape and rid my body of the extra weight I had gain over the last few months. Christine’s note about the detox was exactly what I needed.

I am thrilled to report that I lost 10 lbs and I am feeling great. I am back into an exercise routine; I have great energy, and no longer feel bloated.

The detox is easy to follow and very empowering – especially when you get the results you are looking for."

Adrianne's Ohalloran

"Here's my testimonial to add to your growing list of results.

I decided to try Christine's 4-Day Detox as a way to jump start the inevitable New Year's Resolution to get back to eating right. And it really worked! I lost 5 pounds over the 4 days, and have noticed a dramatic reduction in my desire for bread and desserts (my biggest weakness). The 4-day plan focused on combining specific foods, which were easy to prepare and surprisingly satisfying. I must confess that I don't think I will ever develop a taste for prune juice - but it's only required on one day, which is very manageable.

These immediate results have given me the motivation to maintain a much smarter style of eating - more fruit and veggies, less 'filler'. I would encourage anyone to give it a try - it's so easy and effective. Thanks, Christine!"

The 4 Day Detox Results Pt. 3

Hello Christine, here's my result.

I weighed in on a Wednesday night but didn't start the detox till Friday. By the time I did my final weigh in on the following Tuesday afternoon, I had lost 12 pounds. I chose to detox on a Friday through Monday as I am an operating room nurse and it was easier to eat regularly on the weekend (not mention, drink all that extra water!) I felt a bit tired and head-achy the first two days as the detox kicked in full tilt. To remedy this, I drank extra lemon water or caffeine free herbal tea with great results.

I prepared my food Thursday night. Cut up the celery and portioned it out. Added some vinegar and chili pepper and it tasted great when I ate it on day 2 and 4 (trust me, I don’t normally like celery). The raw tomato was also good sprinkled this way at each meal. Cooked the squash and portioned it out. The day 4 squash can be cooked with the apple if you need to cook more (it’s yummy). The stewed tomatoes were good with the vinegar and chili pepper as well. Tomatoes have different chemical properties depending on whether they are raw or cooked. That’s why the difference depending on the meal.

One of the biggest things I learned from this diet was what ½ a cup actually looked like. There are Glad small round containers you can buy in sixes or eights (can’t remember) but they are ½ a cup in size. With the combinations of food and drinking the water first, I actually felt full. I was really hungry the first night, but as I drank more water the following days and ate around 6pm, I was going to bed comfortable.

My plan to keep it off is to pay better attention to my portion sizes, keep down the starches/carbs (but not eliminate). I like the lunch with the squash, beans, tomato juice and eggs. It is easy to take to work, warms up easily and fills you up. I’m adding in pork and fish at the dinners, salads (easy on the dressing) and some healthier snacks when I’m hungry instead of just staying hungry and ignoring it (getting grumpy).

My wedding dress for January 22, 2011 thanks the Detox Diet for the breathing space!

Best of luck on your journey.

Michelle Sparks

The 4 Day Detox Results Pt. 2

Here is another message from a member about the results she received on the 4 Day Detox:

Hello Members,

I am impressed, again! Yes, again, with Christine’s “4 Day Detox ” programme.

In June of 2010, I stood on my scale and moaned. Over the years, gaining 2 pounds a year had not really bothered me because I am quite tall and could hide the extra 15 pounds that I was lugging around. However, I had 3 reunions to go to over the summer and I was determined to look my best, which meant doing something fast to lose my thickened waist and protruding tummy.

I had dieted before so that I knew that I could lose some weight on a high protein-low carbohydrate diet, and I could also lose some weight by giving up my white wine, which I consumed like pop in the summer heat on my back deck. But I wasn’t motivated to do either because of a been-there-done-that attitude. I had read the testimonials at Christine’s about the “4 Day Detox” programme and was taken with so many excellent results in only 4, but really 5, short days. Besides, Linda mentioned that one of the pluses of the diet was that it prepared you for your preferred weight-loss programme.

I was truly pleased with how uncomplicated the diet was. The various foods were simple to prepare and surprisingly tasty even though unadorned by salt, fats and sugar. You do drink a lot of water but when you know that you are flushing out all the toxins your body has accumulated over time, you are very motivated to keep drinking. The daily work-outs were actually pleasurable, sort of like a mini boot camp where you know you would never push yourself that hard if you were doing it by yourself. Besides, through perspiration you are helping to rid your body even further of toxins.

After the 5th weigh-in, I had lost 4 pounds. I was delighted because I could see that the bloat in my tummy was gone and my clothes fit so much better. I then started on a simple food-combining diet and continued to work out twice a week. By December of 2010, only 6 months later, I had dropped another 6 pounds with this combination of better eating and regular exercise.

However, by the end of the this past holiday and the beginning of January, I had started not to gain weight but to feel sluggish what with all the holiday treats and the sip-sip-sipping of wonderful wines to usher in the new year. Once again, I turned to the “4 Day Detox” programme, knowing that if it worked once for me, well, twice would be even better.

This time, by the 5th weigh-in, I lost 7 pounds and was over-the-moon happy with how much better I felt, plus giving me a little wiggle room as I was now a few pounds below my ideal weight. Motivated to keep off those unwanted pounds, I immediately booked training sessions and started back with enthusiasm on my food combining diet with portion control.

Finding the right way to lose weight with diet and exercise is a very individual choice. For me this “4 Day Detox” programme worked really, really well, as it was not difficult, I enjoyed every moment of it, and the results were terrific. Jennifer Gilfillan

Right now we can't take any more people on the program, however I am working on a new
program which should help anyone get back to their ideal weight within 30 days !

The 4 Day Detox Results Pt. 1

Hello Everybody,

Here are the 1st results I have gotten from The 4 Day Detox:

It Works !

I've just completed the 4-DAY DETOX and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. In addition to losing about 6 lbs., I feel more energetic, clear-headed, 'lighter'. The program itself is no hardship - you eat and drink, and exercise, according to plan and it works! On the fifth day, the final weigh-in, I felt almost at a loss how to proceed, since one will always start gaining once back to 'regular' eating. I solved my dilemma by making a soup of all the 'prescribed' ingredients and having that at least once a day. The program also taught me portion control or rather how by combining certain foods, 1/2 cup at a time, you're fulfilled. I'm now more mindful of what goes in 'the front door'. During the program I was never hungry.

The program is a good kick in the gluteus maximus to start the year. It has gotten me to the gym every day during the detox and ever since I finished it. Highly recommend it!

Kaija Ryynanen

Christine's detox program was surprisingly easy to follow - at least surprising to me as it sounded remarkably spartan. I wanted to smack back the pounds I'd stuffed on with the stuffing and all the other holiday accoutrements over the new year - and I wasn't disappointed! I lost 8 pounds over 4 days. I felt great. My skin benefited from the hydration. And I got new motivation to take the steps I need to take to keep feeling this way. I fully expect to lose a few more pounds over the next few weeks but the detox took me a surprising distance down the path I wanted to go. Very effective and rewarding!

All the best

Lynn Mitchell

Right now we can't take any more people on the program, however, I am working on a new program which should help anyone get back to their ideal weight within 30 days !
