Feeling tired and listless and a bit too fat?
Well Christine’s has a plan that will soon fix that
It’s a 4 day diet that gives you a start
The instructions are simple, no need to be smart
Linda’s support each day, while not part of the plan
Made me think she’s my number 1 fan
To say it was easy would not be quite true
By the end of day 2, I could have eaten my shoe
But then on day 3, 4 pounds were gone
That gave me inspiration ..I would go on!
Day 4 was quite something, with all the prune juice
Suffice it to say, not only clothes became loose
Then on day 5, I was 6 pounds lighter
My future as a thin person was looking brighter
I was out of that rut that we all find ourselves in
You know the one: “I’ve no time for the gym”
Will it continue? What did I learn?
If I stick with Christine’s, I’ll have self confidence to burn!

I was quite happy with my detox. I lost 4 lbs in 4 days. I found the food quite enjoyable and satisfying. I did feel more energetic and lighter. I was surprised to only lose 4 lbs. but I was not disappointed and made me feel motivated to continue eating and exercising the right way!
